Apple Berry Smoothies

Enjoy this easy and refreshing apple smoothie made with a fresh apple and Yoplait® Smoothie triple berry.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 unpeeled Granny Smith apple, cored, coarsely chopped
- 1 pouch (7.6 oz) Yoplait® Smoothie triple berry
Preparation
Step 1
In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping to scrape sides as necessary, until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings
Any apple will work in this smoothie. The variety will affect the sweetness of the smoothie. Or 1/2 cup applesauce can be used in place of the fresh apple.
Look for Yoplait® Smoothies in the freezer section of your grocery store, usually near the frozen fruit.
