  • 8 Cups of corn
  • Half of a diced red pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup vinegar
  • Black pepper
  • Sugar
  • Garlic
  • Spices
  • 1 large onion

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan combine all your ingredients, until the corn has brightened about four minutes. After it has cooled, pour the relish into glass jars. You can keep the jar in the fridge for about a month.
