Ingredients
- 1 can drained chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- cumin and coriander
- fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
- flour
Preparation
Step 1
Blend and mash all ingredients together with a small amount of flour.
Step 2
Form patties out of the batter, cover lightly in more flour. Fry in oil until browned. Serve in pita with tahini or hummus.
