Caramel egg custard

Ingredients
- 1 litre whipping cream
- 6 eggs
- 1 tin of condense milk
- 3-4 tbsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In a pan, cook and stir sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and golden. Pour into a baking pan, tilting to coat bottom of cup; let stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, whipping cream condense milk. Pour over caramelized sugar.
Step 3
Place the baking pan in the preheated oven. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Step 4
Serve warm or chilled
