Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 can blueberry pie filling (21 oz)
Preparation
Step 1
in large bowl beat cream cheese sugar vanilla until smooth
Step 2
add eggs and beat pour into crust
Step 3
drop 1/2 cup of pie filling onto cram cheese mixture and cut through with knife to get swirl look
Step 4
back at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until centre is almost set
Step 5
cool on wire rack for 1 hour. then refrigerate for 2 hours. top with remaining pie filling
can change flavour of filling to any pie filling you want
