Ingredients

  • Corn on the cob
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Miracle Whip
  • crumbled Queso Fresco or grated Parmesan cheese
  • fresh minced cilantro
  • chile powder
  • lime wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Pull back the husks but don't remove them.

Get rid of the silk.

Step 2

Brush the corn with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Then brush on Miracle Whip
cheese
cilantro and chile powder

Step 4

Straighten out husks to recover the cob and put on the grill for 20 minutes or so.

Step 5

Serve with lime wedges.
