- 1/3 cup Icing Sugar for Decoration

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Cream butter and vanilla until smooth. Combine the icing sugar and flour; stir into the butter mixture until blended well. Mix in the walnuts.
Step 3
Roll the dough into 1" balls and place them 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Cool on baking racks.
Step 4
When totally cool, roll them in the remaining confectioner's sugar (you may find you need to roll them in the sugar a second time). Store in the fridge.
