Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Toast flour until lightly browned.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and let cool.
Step 3
Add powdered milk and sugar, stir until well combined.
Step 4
Add butter and mix well.
Step 5
Mold into oval or round shapes. Pack polvoron mixture into molds well by pushing the molds against the side of the bowl. Wrap individually in colored Japanese paper or cellophane.
Cocoa powder, crushed cookies and nuts can be added. Polvoron can also be dipped into chocolate.
