Ingredients

  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 t Ground Cloves
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin
  • 1 can (12 oz) Evaporated Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients.

Step 2

Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Stir in Pumpkin. Add sugar/spice mixture. Gradually stir in Evaporated Milk. Pour into pie shell

Step 3

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 350 and bake additional 40-50 minutes.

Step 4

Cool on wire rack 2 hours.
