Oven Baked Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 T. butter, cut into small pieces
- 3 T. minced parsley or another herb

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Step 2
Toss the mushrooms with garlic, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Spread out on baking sheet and place butter throughout mushrooms.
Step 3
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
