Ingredients
- 2lbs hamburger
- 28oz tomato sauce
- 28oz diced tomatoes undrained
- 2c green pepper chopped into 1in cubes
- 1c chopped onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4c packed brown sugar
- 2t salt
- 1t pepper
- 2c cooked rice set aside
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger. Add remaining ingredients except rice.
Step 2
Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer 30-40 minutes until peppers and onions are tender. Add rice. Heat through and serve.
