Brussels to Give You Muscles

Ingredients

  • Fresh or frozen Brussels Sprouts
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and trim the Brussels Sprouts (if they’re fresh).

Step 2

Place them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Spray the Brussels Sprouts with olive oil spray.

Step 4

Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper on top.

Step 5

Bake in the oven, at about 400 degrees.

Step 6

Bake until they’re roasted, checking them often to turn them and make sure they’re not burning.
