Ingredients
- 4 green tea bags
- Frozen mango chunks
- Ice Cubes
- Sugar/Zero calorie sweetener (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Strongly brew the green tea, using 2 cups of water.
Step 2
Fill a glass pitcher with a few ice cubes.
Step 3
Pour in frozen mango chunks, to use to both flavor and chill the tea.
Step 4
Pour the brewed tea into the pitcher.
Step 5
Stir and sweeten with sugar, Splenda, Stevia, or Truvia, if desired.
