Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 2 lbs brown ground hamburger (or turkey burger)
- 1 bag mixed vegetables
- 1 can rotel (diced chilis)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite!)
- 1 cup uncooked rice / 2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
make rice as directed using one cup rice two cups water
combine all cooked ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
