Ingredients
- Sweet potato - 2 medium sized.
- Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
- Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
- Elachi - 1/2 teaspoon.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sweet potatoes and mash into a fine paste.
Step 2
Cook jaggery in medium flame with little water till it get dissolved
Step 3
Add sweet potato and ghee.
Step 4
Stir constantly till all water is absorbed and add elachi.
