Ingredients
- Milk 1/2 litre or 2 1/2 cups.
- Sugar 1/4 cup.
Preparation
Step 1
In a deep pan, simmer milk stirring continously till it forms a thick paste. This is called kova.
Step 2
Add sugar and cook till it thickens. Serve hot or cool.
