- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, beat the egg and water together. In a large bowl combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center of the mixture and slowly pour in the egg & water. Mix well. (If its too dry add water 1 tsp at a time until a pliable dough ball is formed).
Step 2
On a lIghtly floured surface knead the dough untIl elastIc. Cut dough Into 2 separate balls. Cover wIth a damp cloth for 10-15 mInutes.
Step 3
Cut each ball into 4 equal pieces. Roll into 10 1/2 by 10 1/2 squares. Cut each of those into 9 3 1/2 by 3 1/2 squares.
For use in any revipe that calls for wonton wraps.
