Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- oregoano
- crushed basil
- 2-3 bay leaves
- rosemary powder
- Italian parsley
- thyme
- marjoram
- sugar
- garlic clove
- whole peeled tomato 1 gallon
- tomato sauce 1 gallon
- 1 Boston butt roast
Preparation
Step 1
lightly brown the roast in the pan with a little oil and garlic
Step 2
Add tomato cover top of sauce with each spice except oregano & stir in between each then let simmer all day add sugar as needed
add Italian sausage a couple hrs before turning pot off
