Ingredients
- 1 tblsp margarine
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tblsp flour
- 1 1/2cups milk
- Seasonings to match use
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine over low heat in saucepan and add onion. Saute until soft
Step 2
Add flour and allow to bubble but not brown
Step 3
Adjust heat to medium and add milk slowly. Use a whisk to stir. Cook until thickened and smooth. Add seasonings
