Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1-2 finely chopped jalapenos
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 10 0z can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch Cheyenne
Preparation
Step 1
cook pasta for 6 min (drain)
Step 2
In medium sauce pan melt & mix butter & cheese together. mix all ingredients into your crock pot
Step 3
cook on low for 2 1/2 hours, stirring hourly.
garnish with cheese and bread crumbs ( if desired)
