Ingredients
- 1medium pack ground beef
- 1tblsp oil
- 1medium onion finely chopped
- 1stalk celery finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper finely chopped
- 1tsp worcershire sauce
- 1tblsp powdered mustard
- Dash pepper and oregano and thyme
- 1small can tomatoe paste
- 1can water
Preparation
Step 1
In a large and deep sided fry pan, heat oil and brown the beef and cook the vegetables until beef is browned and crumbled and vegies are tender. Drain off the excess fat
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Serve on buns
If the mix seems too thick more water can be added
