Ingredients
- 8 Chicken legs
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Lemon juice
- Coating:
- Tandoori masala
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli powder
- Egg
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Chicken with salt, lemon juice and tumeric until it's water
Step 2
Mix tandoori masala, bread crumb, , s&p and flour. Red chillies to taste.
Step 3
Roll cooled chicken in egg and then in the tandoori coating.
Step 4
Fry in more than shallow less than deep fried, amount oil.
Drain on paper towel.
