Ingredients
- 1 CHICKEN
- HALF TIN TOMATOE PUREE
- 1 TBLSP RED GINGER GARLIC MASALA
- 2 TSP SALT
- 1 ½ TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
- ¼ TSP TURMERIC
- 1 TSP DHANIA POWDER
- 1 TSP JEERO POWDER
- 2 TBLSP LEMON JUICE
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken in all the sauces for a couple of hours or over night.
Step 2
COOK CHICKEN IN GHEE in a pot.
ONCE CHICKEN IS COOKED LAY IN OVEN TRAY
Step 3
MAKE THE FOLLOWING SAUCE SAUCE
3 TBLSP OLIVE OIL
A LITTLE KNOB OF BUTTER
1 TBLSP CRUSHED GARLIC
1 TBLSP RED CHILLIE POWDER
1 TBLSP CRUSHED RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TBLSP LEMON JUICE
COOK SAUCE IN A SAUCEPAN FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the chicken and grill until the sauce starts to bubble.
Step 5
Serve with chips and dinner rolls
