Ingredients
- 1 kg Prawns, Butterflied
- 2 Tbsp freshly crushed Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Minnie’s Lava Hot Sauce / any pungent Hot Sauce {to own preference}
- 2 whole green1 kg Prawns, Butterflied
- 2 Tbsp freshly crushed Garlic

- 2 whole green chilli, finely crushed
- 200 g melted butter
- Salt to taste
- Freshly chopped coriander for garnish chilli, finely crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the prawns with all the above ingredients nd allow to marinade for min 3 hours / overnight.
Step 2
Cook under a preheated grill for between 3 – 6 mins / until done.Set aside
Step 3
Prepare the Adega sauce as per instruction below.
Step 4
For the Adega Peri Peri Sauce you will need:
1 bottle Nando’s Bushveld Peri Peri Sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric (Arad) Powder
4 Tbsp Butter
Pinch of egg yellow powder/ food colouring liquid Salt Pepper to taste
Step 5
Method:
Combine all the above ingredients to a saucepan allow to come to a boil.
Add some water to thin out the sauce to a semi runny consistency.
Step 6
Pour over grilled prawns serve with a garnish of freshly chopped coriander.
