Ingredients

  • butternut squash
  • Sweet potato
  • sweet corn(on the Cobb)
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • salt, pepper, lemon pepper – to taste
  • Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the vegetables, cut the butternut and sweet potato into medium thick slices, or into cubes. Cut the corn cobs into 2/3 pieces each.

Step 2

place in oven tray or Pyrex dish.. add cream style corn, fresh cream, and the salt, pepper, lemon pepper,

Step 3

fry sesame seeds and add to veg, — lastly dot butter over veggies.. cover with foil and allow to bake in oven on 140 °C.or 325•F

Step 4

Garnish with fresh dhania/cilantro leaves.
this goes well with Roast chicken T-bone steak or Steak.
