Dessert- Caramel Sojee

Ingredients

  • Half cup ghee
  • Half cup sojee/taystee wheat
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 mug boiling water
  • 1 tsp elachi
  • Pinch of saffron

Preparation

Step 1

Mix boiling water, saffron, elachi and 3 tbls sugar and set aside

Step 2

Boil milk n carrots till half reduced.

Step 3

In another pot braise sojee n ghee, when done, add boiled water mixture.

Step 4

thereafter add milk mixture and mix well.

Step 5

Add 1 small tin nestle cream n 1 tin caramel treat.
Cook everything till well done serve and enjoy
