Ingredients

  • 1 pkt instant yeast
  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp slat
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ lb butter melted
  • +- cup warm skim milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the yeast, flours, salt and sugar together. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, butter and milk to make a soft dough. Knead a little.

Step 2

Shape into 24 bread buns and cover with an oiled cling wrap. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Step 3

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
