Breads- Speedy Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkt instant yeast
- 3 cup flour
- 2 cups whole-wheat flour, sifted
- 2 tsp slat
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- ¼ lb butter melted
- +- cup warm skim milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the yeast, flours, salt and sugar together. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, butter and milk to make a soft dough. Knead a little.
Step 2
Shape into 24 bread buns and cover with an oiled cling wrap.
Step 3
Leave to Rise until double (aprox 1 hour)
Step 4
Bake in preheated oven of 325• for one hour.
Brush rolls with garlic butter for an extra kick!!
