Spread baking sheet with parchment.
Melt chips in microwave on medium for about 30 seconds, or until melted into a thick liquid. Stir well.
Using a fork or strawberry stem, dip each strawberry into the chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
Gently place dipped strawberry on baking sheet.
When all strawberries have been dipped, place baking sheet in refrigerator until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes. Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to a day.
