Ingredients

  • Yogurt Dough
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup soft cold margarine
  • ¾ cup plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp very leveled baking powder
  • flour as needed
  • Mince
  • 200gr Minced meat
  • 2 medium onion sliced
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1tsbl G/G paste
  • salt to taste
  • red chili flakes to taste
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

-Mix the yoghurt, oil, margarine and baking powder in a bowl.

Step 2

Now fold in the flour and keep mixing with your hands.
It’s hard to measure how much, but till u will feel that the dough is soft and all the liquid ingredients have been absorbed.
It is a very very creamy dough, you can work with it immediately, it needs no rest.

Step 3

Prepared the Qeema as we do for any filling but not the typical hot one, it tastes very good with light and is with less spices:

Mix all the ingredients in a pot with 2tsp butter, and cooking stirring frequently until dry.
Allow it to cool.

Step 5

-overlap and seal by pressing the edges
-sprinkle some seasam and black onion seeds
-i dont brush any egg or butter its hte natural colour it gets

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven on 170° for around 20 minutes till they are nice golden brown!
