Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- Garlic
- Tandoori masala
- Lemon juice
- Red Chilli
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pinch of msg
- Flour
- 1 egg
- Sauce
- Honey garlic sauce
- BBQ sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Honey
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, clean and dry wings.
Marinate them with all the spices.
Best if left overnight.
Step 2
Before frying. Add the egg and mix well so all the wings are coated.
Dip each piece in flour, or mix enough flour into the wings to make a nice batter.
Step 3
Deep fry the wings until golden and crisp.
Place the wings in a Pyrex
Step 4
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Step 5
Before serving, throw the sauce over the wings and bake until thoroughly heated and sauce is bubbly.
