Dessert- Milky Bar Sojee

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 65g butter
  • .3/4 cup semolina
  • 4 Tbls klim
  • elachie essence
  • 2 Tbl almonds
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbls fresh cream

Preparation

Step 1

Make a paste of Klim powder with milk, set aside.

Step 2

Beat together the egg, milk, sugar, elachie essence and cream.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a heavy based pot, add in the milk mixture and simmer till it thickens slightly, add in the almonds, semolina and klim and mix with a wooden spoon on a low heat for about 10 minutes

Step 4

Steam on low with the lid closed for another 10 minutes or alternatively put it in an ovenproof pot and steam it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes on 325•

Step 5

For the topping melt about 50 gram milky bar and mix in 1 Tbls of nestle cream, pour over before serving and garnish with roasted sliced almond......
