Ingredients
- For the DOUGH:
- 6 EGGS
- 150 grams SUGAR
- 1 tbsp COCOA
- 150 grams FLOUR
- For the FILLING:
- 6 tbsp JAM
- 6 BANANAS
- 100 grams DARK CHOCOLATE
- 600 mL MILK
- 6 tbsp FLOUR
- 300 grams POWDERED SUGAR
- 250 grams BUTTER
- 1 tbsp VANILLA ESSENCE
- Juice of half a LEMON
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk the egg whites with sugar.
Step 2
Add egg yolks, flour, baking powder, and cocoa.
Step 3
Pour the dough into the tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 4
After baking, while the dough is still warm, spread the jam, and leave it to cool down.
Step 5
Cut the bananas and sort them on the crust.
Step 6
Squeeze the lemon juice over the bananas.
Step 7
Boil the milk with the flour. Add butter beaten with powdered milk and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 8
Apply over the bananas, and coat with chocolate.
