Ingredients
- 1/2 c warm water
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/3 c melted butter
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 3/4 c white flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in your bread machine in the order they appear, then press dough cycle.
Step 2
Lightly butter a 9X13 glass baking dish
Step 3
When your dough is ready, place on a floured surface and cut into 16 pieces. Roll into balls and put in the baking dish.
Step 4
Melt about 2 tbsp. of butter and lightly brush the top of the dough balls.
Step 5
Cover with a towel and let rise until they are about double in size and touching each other
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 mins. until golden
Step 7
When they come out of the oven, melt another 2 tbsp of butter and brush gently on the rolls. Let cool a bit on a rack and enjoy!
Always use real butter, it enhances the flavour, dont be too picky when making the dough balls, a little mishapen still tastes great!
