Vegetables- Shai Butter Paneer

Ingredients

  • 250g Paneer
  • 2 cups tomato purée
  • 1/2 cup thick cream
  • 1 cubed onion
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp dhana Jeeru
  • 1/2 tsp tumeri
  • 1 tsp red chillies
  • 1 tsp cashew nut paste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt- to taste
  • Shahi Paneer Masala

Preparation

Step 1

In a nonstick skillet, Stir fry paneer till golden.

Step 2

Soak in hot water for 1/2 hour. To keep paneer soft.

Step 3

Heat butter, fry onions. Add ginger garlic and stir fry for a minute.
Add masalas, cashews and tomato purée, until oil leaves the mixture.

Step 4

Add paneer and cream and cook for a few more minutes.

Step 5

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
