Ingredients

  • 1 litre Milk
  • 1/4 cup basmati rice
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 tsp elachi
  • 1 small tin nestle cream
  • 3 tbsp sago
  • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • Almonds for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1 L milk ,1/4 cup rice (basmati). Bring 2 boil,simmer on low until rice is mushy.(add a little milk if its getting too thick)

Step 2

Add: 3/4 to 1 tin condensed milk-to taste , elachi-to taste 1 small tin nestle cream , 3tbsps sago soaked before hand, 4 T coconut (optional).

Step 3

Grind it with hand beater & simmer on low for 10-15 mins/desired thickness ( add sum milk if too thick). Decorate with almonds-blanched(optional ).
