Dessert- Strawberries & Pudding Trifle

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs strawberries
  • 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 Pound cakes

Preparation

Step 1

Wash, drain, hull and slice strawberries.

Step 2

Whip pudding and milk in a stand mixer.
Allow pudding to set in the bowl.
Once set, fold in whipped cream.

Step 3

Cube pound cake into 1"x1" cubes.

In a trifle bowl, arrange cubed cake at the bottom top with strawberries and then with whipped cream mixture.

Step 4

Like this repeat the layers 2/3 times until the whipped cream is left at the top.
Decorate with remaining strawberries,
drizzle with melted chocolate.
