Ingredients

  • 500g Prawns
  • 1 tsp Chillie Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 125 ml Fresh cream
  • Bell Peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Clean and she'll prawns.
Marinate Prawns in all ingredients
except Butter and Cream for Atleast 1hour.

Step 2

Boil linguini Pasta, according to directions on the package.
Set aside.

Step 3

Heat Butter in a non stick Pan and cook Prawns on high for 4 minutes or until prawns are fully cooked.
Add Red and Green Peppers (Julienned).
Marinade should Reduce but not dry out completely.

Step 4

Lastly Add Cream and throw in Pasta, allow to cook on medium for a few minutes.

Step 5

Transfer to a serving Dish.

Grate Fresh Parmesan Over.
Serve Immediately
