Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup matzah meal
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Boil first three ingredients.
Step 2
Add 1/2 cup matzah meal and turn off heat.
Step 3
Add rest of matzah meal. Let cool 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add eggs one at a time. Fill muffin cups 3/4 way.
Step 5
Bake 20 minutes @ 450 then reduce 350 for 20 minutes.
