Ingredients
- This recipe can be used for
- 30 LARGE PRAWNS
- 40 MEDUIM PRAWNS
- 60 SMALL PRAWNS
- 1 dessertspoon fine crushed garlic
- 2 dessertspoons fine red chillies
- 1 dessert spoon fine salt
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tblsp melted butter
- 1 dessertspoon white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and marinate prawns. Allow prawns to marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Can be marinated overnight,
Step 2
Place Prawns in a casserole dish.
Add blobs of butter over prawns and
bake in a pre – heated oven for 200c/400f
Step 3
Small prawns – 8 minutes
Medium prawns 10 minutes
Large prawns 11 minutes
Step 4
Serve with crispy salad and fries!
