Ingredients
- 5 cups Oats
- 8 cups nuts/fruits/seeds/chocolate chips etc.
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 can evaporated condensed milk

Preparation
Step 1
- Mix the oats with everything else.
Step 2
- If the honey is not liquid, warm a little in microwave and add to evaporated milk.
Step 3
-Mix the evaporated milk/honey into the other mix, and press down into 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper. Lay some wax paper on top of the granola and press down.
Step 4
-Bake at 350 F for 15-20 mins
Step 5
-Cut while warm

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
