Preparation
Step 1
DIRECTIONS:
Heat about 3 inches of water & 2 tbsp vinegar in a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, crack an egg into a small dish and when the water has come to a boil, slip the egg into the water.
Step 3
Simmer for approximately 3 minutes until done.
Step 4
Remove with a slotted spoon, drain & serve.
Serve on a toasted english muffin, top with cheese and pop in the microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
