Ingredients
- Corn Flakes
- Rice Krispies
- Shreddies (Shredded wheat cereal)
- Multi-grain cheerios
- Potato sticks
- Peanuts
- Almonds
- Cashews
- Raisins
- oil
- dry red peppers
- soif
- rai
- hing
- long curry leaves
- til
- dry dhania
- green chillies (opt.)
- salt
- haldi
- paprika
- sugar
- hot pepper (opt)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all cereals with nuts and raisins.
Step 2
Add salt, haldi, paprika, sugar and hot pepper (opt).
Step 3
Heat oil and add:
- dry red peppers, rai, hing, soif, til, long curry leaves and dhania (making a turka)
Step 4
Pour hot oil with turka on the cereal mix and mix it all together. Taste if need more sugar/salt.
