Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/4 squash
  • 1/4 green cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups rice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Prep, wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Place all ingredients in a large pot, cover with water, pepper and cook 25-30 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the vegetables and mix them by adding salt and olive oil for about 2 minutes.

Serve soup hot!
