Ingredients
- Soy beans
- water
Preparation
Step 1
Wash the soy beans and let them soak overnight in clean water.
Step 2
Re-wash the soaked soy beans.
Step 3
For every cup of soaked soy beans, add two cups of water. Add in a blender and blend until liquified.
Step 4
Drain (Colar) the liquid and place liquid in a large pot to boil.
Step 5
Boil for 15 to 20 minutes in low heat. Added flavor if desire.
Add cinnamon OR
Add a dash of vanilla extract OR
Add a little salt as well, around 1/2 tsp.
