Dehydrator dried Apples & Cinnamon

This snack tastes so much better when you can make it at home!
Ingredients
- 10 medium or 8 large apples
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional)
- lemon juice
- water

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and core all apples.
Slice cleaned apples approximately 0,5 cm.
Spread out on clean surface (dehydrator layer)
Step 2
Spray with mixture of lemon and water to prevent from turning brown. Fill out all the sheets until you run out of apple slices.
Step 3
Sprinkle little bit of cinnamon and some sugar over each layer of the apple slices.
Step 4
Put layers one of top of each other into the dehydrator. Set to dry for 6 hours.
Makes them nice and crispy with lot of flavor.

INGREDIENTS
- Peanuts
- Carrot
- Mango
- Rocket
- 2 limes
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Red onion, minced
- Salt
- Pepper
METHOD
- Lightly sautée the peanuts until golden.
- Take the carrots and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the mango and slice into thin strips.
- Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl, and add olive oil, soy sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
- Enjoy!
