Ingredients
- 150 ml of boiled pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons of cooked polenta
- 100 ml of formula/milk (to make it nice and creamy!)
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the pumpkin.
Step 2
Cook the polenta separately (as per the instructions on the packaging).
Step 3
Once the pumpkin is cooked, blend it until the texture is smooth.
Add the polenta and milk to the pumpkin and stir well.
You can also add any fresh herbs such as chopped parsley or fresh chives to the pumpkin before blending.
