Grilled Lemon Pepper Tilapia and Shrmp w/ Garlic Spinach

This is a easy, no mess light weeknight meal. It's as easy as season cook and eat. No mess to clean up.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia filets
  • 1 half lb shrimp
  • half bag baby spinach
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp tyme
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 4 tbls butter
  • 1tbls olive oil
  • 4 sheets of foil

Preparation

Step 1

Season fish and shrimp, clean spinach accordingly. In a bowl combine olive oil, spinach and garlic and mix well.

Step 2

Divide spinach into each foil packet. Put a piece of fish and shrimp on top of the spinach and top with butter.

Step 3

Make foil packets, grill for approximately 15 min or until desired doneness. Serve with couscous.

For a buttery spinach add another tbls of butter
