Ingredients
- Beef - 500 gm
- Onion -2
- Capsicum - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Green chilli - 4
- Garlic - 3
- Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Step 1
Chop ginger and green chillies finely. Cook beef with ginger, green chilli, turmeric powder and salt in a pressure cooker adding 1 cup water. Then boil it until the water disappear. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, capsicum and chopped garlic till golden brown. Add pepper and cooked beef pieces and saute for 3 minutes. Add the sauces and stir for some time. Cook well stirring occassionally.
