Identity Crisis Cake Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbs Ground Flaxseed (+ 1/4 Cup Water)
  • 2 Tbs Baking Stevia
  • 1/2 Medium White Acorn Squash (Steamed and Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • A Pinch of Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all batter ingredients into a food processor.

Step 2

Distribute batter into baking pan/doughnut molds.

Step 3

Bake in oven at 380 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from oven, let cool.

Step 5

Heat a skillet with 2 – 3 Tbs Coconut Oil.

Step 6

Place doughnuts in skillet and “fry” on each side for 3 – 4 minutes.

Step 7

Remove from pan and let cool.

Step 8

Drizzle/sprinkle toppings over doughnuts and sink your teeth in!

Toppings:
3 Tsp Cinnamon + 4 Packets Stevia
OR
2 Tbs Cocoa Powder + 5 Packets Stevia + 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
